Harper Performance was founded in 2015 by the performance-support practitioner Tim Harper following over a decade working in elite sport in the UK and overseas. Tim had grown frustrated with the lack of performance-support available to vast swathes of talented athletes and the calm acceptance that athletes from large, rich countries enjoy benefits not available to those from poorer, smaller countries and regions.

Switch Up exists to empower young people to reach their full potential and to break the cycle of offending and reoffending. The group successfully uses a combination of physical activity, mentorship, counselling and education to support young vulnerable people with complex issues who may be at risk or in a life of crime, to break that cycle by supporting them into education, training and employment.
Run For Your Life puts fitness first for those at risk, in prison and recently released so that they can mange their mood, persevere through setbacks and make a transition back into society as a force for good. We believe emotional resilience is key to successful rehabilitation for which good physical health and capacity is an essential prerequisite.
Back Up is a national charity that supports people affected by spinal cord injury to get the most out of life. For over 30 years, we have helped people and their families to rebuild their independence after a devastating spinal cord injury. We offer a diverse range of services, which includes a focus on physical activity through our course programme.
Hope provides supported housing in Dorset for 92 single homeless individuals, combined with a training and development programme to empower them to change their lives and move forward into employment and their own independent accommodation.
