
GoodGym is a community of runners who get together, run and complete tasks in their surrounding area. Tasks can range from planting trees, painting community centres to helping food banks, each week the task is different! GoodGym also offers missions to runners to help with one off tasks for elderly people. These can range from changing light bulbs, gardening to supporting elderly people being discharged from hospital.
Access Sport uses the power of community sport to improve inclusion, wellbeing and employability outcomes for disadvantaged, at-risk and disabled young people. We focus our work in deprived urban communities in London, Bristol, Manchester and Oxford, reaching nearly 10,000 young people each year.

Nordic Walking is an enhanced walking technique that uses poles to work your upper body as well as your legs. A highly effective and all around workout, Nordic Walking is a fun and social activity that can be enjoyed throughout the year. British Nordic Walking is the UK’s only representative of the International Nordic Walking Federation (INWA) and the only body to offer training in the internationally recognised INWA 10 Step Method of Nordic Walking. Their mission is based on 4 principles:
The Cricket Federation for People with Disabilities was formed to give people with mixed disabilities the opportunity to play cricket and develop their potential regardless of the severity of their disability. Supported by a network of volunteers this charity has seen some amazing achievements from both players and coaches.
JAMES is a charity that has been working across the Bradford district for over 35 years. JAMES delivers various projects and services with young people and families which include sport. Sport is used as an engagement tool with our young people as well as addressing health, fitness and inactivity locally. We have delivered Doorstep sports sessions through our West Yorkshire Positive Futures project for around 10 years and still deliver weekly sports sessions in areas of Keighley.
