Be Strong Project

Be Strong Project is a community Rehabiliation Project which supports some of the most vulnerable people in society such as the homeless, ex offenders, drug / alcohol users and even people on the fringes of these issues in society. We use sport and exercise as a tool to supporting people away from addiction due to the hormone Dopamine being the same hormone which is released during drug use & participating in exercise.

The Golf Trust

The golf trust is a project that aims to grow the participation in golf by showcasing the inclusive nature of the game. Focusing on the social, physical and mental aspects of life The Golf Trust aims to bring people together from all areas of life to play. With our outreach programmes of  the golf trust can reach people who would never play golf and give them the opportunity to progress as players and people by integrating people with disabilities and able bodied together.

Wigan Youth Zone

Wigan Youth Zone is a purpose built, state-of-the-art youth facility in Wigan town centre which opened in June 2013. It offers young people from across Wigan the opportunity to meet friends, have new experiences, learn new skills and access the support they need to develop and achieve their potential.

Cardiff Central Youth Club

Cardiff Central Youth Club was established in 1919 and in 2011 the club became a charity. We provide the local community with a range of activities including free running (parkour), cheerleading, rhythmic gymnastics and tumbling sessions, and we will also always be looking toward  moving forward, expanding our resources and equipment for the community.

WheelPower - The National Disability Sport Charity

WheelPower is the national charity for wheelchair sport – helping more than 78,000 disabled people to get physically active and play sport each year. We’re based in Stoke Mandeville Stadium, the birthplace of the Paralympic Movement, and we work nationwide with children and adults with physical disabilities.  This includes a wide range of disabilities including spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy and limb loss.

Show Racism the Red Card

Show Racism the Red Card (SRtRC) is the UK’s anti-racism educational charity and was established in January 1996. The organisation utilises the high-profile status of football and football players to help tackle racism in society.

The Bike Project

The Bike Project’s mission is to get refugees cycling, to fix the social isolation that many refugees can face because of the high cost of transport.

Trying to navigate the complex asylum process on just £37 a week is complicated. When people have to choose  between eating a meal and catching the bus, a bike can play a vital role.
