The Diabetes Football Community is a 24/7 destination for educational information and inspiration for people with Diabetes involved in Football. We’re supporting our followers from all over the world online (check out our website and social media links below) with advice from people behind the project as well as encouraging peer support.

We aim to provide the following:

Crawley Old Girls began in April 2015 with 10 women and has grown to around 70, who participate across three sessions each week. They range from around 30 years old to over 60, playing for fun as well as trying to be competitive.

The Kinetic Foundation is a registered charity that works with disadvantaged and / or disengaged young people from South London delivering a wide range of educational opportunities for them to learn new skills and improve their employment potential.

We want to bring the football and LGBT+ community together to celebrate diversity and increase LGBT+ visibility at West Bromwich Albion FC, making our club a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Proud and Palace is the official LGBT fan group of Crystal Palace Football Club. Together we work to make Crystal Palace the most inclusive club it can be by creating a vocal and visible community of LGBT+ fans and allies. We work with other fan groups across the club to raise awareness of the impact of homophobic language and chanting in making fans feel unwelcome.

The Albion Foundation uses the power of football to make a measurable, positive difference, raising aspirations, growing and fulfilling potential in local people of all ages, gender, ethnicity and socio-economic backgrounds.

Palace for Life Foundation has been working with the south London community for over 25 years. We exist to leverage the power of football and the Crystal Palace FC brand to change the lives of young people across south London, particularly the most hard to reach and hard to help.

Our aims are:

To encourage and promote football, sport and healthy leisure activities among lesbians, gay men, bisexuals and trans people and others (hereafter referred to as LGBT+) regardless of race, religion, sex, age, physical ability or disability.
