Support Through Sport has been formally recognised by the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Violence Reduction Partnership (VRP) as a quality youth work provider under the Youth Work Quality Endorsement Framework.
The endorsement, which builds on the National Youth Agency’s Work Practice Standards, highlights the charity’s ongoing commitment to delivering safe and impactful youth work to meaningfully support young people facing disadvantage across the Midlands.
RECOGNITION
Working at the intersection of sport and youth work, Support Through Sport aims to decrease risk factors, build trust-based relationships and help young people to navigate and overcome challenges.
The charity’s Chief Executive Tranai Todd commented: “We are delighted to receive recognition from Nottinghamshire's Violence Reduction Partnership, demonstrating our charity-wide commitment to delivering excellence for disadvantaged young people.
