She Beasts CIC
Transform. Empower. Employ.

She Beasts CIC uses sport and physical activity to help people overcome adversity, rebuild confidence and create new futures.

Founded by Sadie Jones and shaped by lived experience of trauma, survival and recovery, She Beasts has a particular specialism in supporting women and girls affected by trauma, inequality and exclusion. Its wider work also engages men and boys through prevention, positive masculinity and allyship, alongside programmes for young people, communities and workforces.

She Beasts recognises how experiences such as domestic abuse, homelessness, substance misuse, incarceration, unemployment and social isolation can create cycles of disadvantage. Its trauma-informed programmes combine physical activity, connection and practical support to help people break those cycles and access new opportunities.

The organisation’s impact goes beyond participation in sport. Its work includes empowerment and resilience programmes, youth development, accredited fitness qualifications, employability and work-experience pathways, and the provision of sports kit and essential items for people rebuilding their lives.

She Beasts delivers across community settings, prisons, schools and workplaces, demonstrating how sport can be a powerful vehicle for prevention, recovery, empowerment, employment and lasting social change.
