Exercise Referral - our Exercise Referral programme is the ideal opportunity to introduce physical activity to individuals with long-term health conditions in a safe and welcoming environment, enhance their overall health and well-being, and provide a foundation for long-term behaviour change. Our programme offers 12 weeks of tailored content designed to empower People to self-manage their conditions with increased confidence and continue their exercise journey in the future. GoodBoost - supporting People suffering from pain manage pain and get moving again through exercise and activity. Good Boost is an easy-to-use, NHS certified to program that uses AI to create a personalised, therapeutic programme just for you..
GoodBoost - antenatal programmes for expectant mums.
The Big Sister project - supporting girls age 9 to 15 with free and discounted memberships and female-led, girls-only classes.
Move through Menopause - an eight-week menopause course designed in partnership with Menopause Movement, to help people stay strong, energised, and in control throughout perimenopause and menopause.
Parkinson’s Move and Shout - an exercise class and group support for people living with Parkinson’s.
