Keeping People Well is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that provides holistic mental health and wellbeing support to young people, adults and organisations. We challenge the stigma that is often associated with mental health and educate individuals, workplaces and communities with the skills to navigate their health and stay well with therapy, coaching and wellbeing-led workshops, events and activities.
Our mission is to empower organisations, employees, and communities with accessible, holistic healthcare solutions - reducing stigma, easing pressure on NHS services, and providing affordable private healthcare for both physical and mental health - promoting a healthier, more resilient workforce and society.
We organise community fitness events, designed to combine physical activity with social connection (for example group fitness events held locally). These events aim to reduce isolation, encourage people to try exercise in a relaxed environment, and build local wellbeing communities.
We offer individual guidance or coaching where people can get personalised exercise plans, advice on building strength and energy, and support to start or maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is often linked to wider wellbeing goals like improving mental health.
We occasionally organise padel social events in Wolverhampton such as our ‘Padel Social for Singles, Couples & Friends’ event. This was hosted at Padel Warehouse 52, a dedicated padel club in Ettingshall WV4 with indoor courts and social matches. Plus we have partnered with Wolverhampton Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for self-defence classes.
