junior parkrun is a fun, free, weekly event for children aged four to 14. They take place every Sunday morning across the UK and are organised by volunteers.

Children can walk, jog, run or volunteer and help deliver the event, and the whole family is encouraged to get involved.

There are now around 500 junior parkrun events in the UK and just like parkrun, participation is free and everyone is welcome.
