Gloucestershire Cricket Board
To develop a fun and enabling environment in which more people in Gloucestershire play and are involved in cricket
The Gloucestershire Cricket Board (GCB) is responsible for all recreational cricket across the county, creating links between schools, clubs and the community.
Based at The Brightside Ground, Bristol, the GCB also oversees a wide range of other areas including county and district youth teams, coach education, umpiring and scoring, groundsmanship and disability cricket.
In the last year the GCB has coached more than 6000 children in nearly 200 schools, trained more than 220 new coaches and young leaders and run 35 representative teams.
